Ever try to have a reasonable conversation with a liberal over any issue? Liberalism's motto could be a paraphrase of the famous line from Love Story: liberalism is never having to say you're sorry. I have developed 10 axioms (a statement universally accepted as true) about liberalism.
As most generalities go, not every liberal will fit all 10 axioms. But generally, the axioms work.Axioms about Liberalism
- Liberals are pro-choice as long as the choice being chosen is their pet choice.
- If the choice being offered does not agree with their choices, then liberals feel the absolute need to prevent that choice from being offered for consideration.
- When confronted with facts that disagree with or disproves their ideology, liberals will resort to insults, slanderous statements, ridicule, lies and other nefarious tactics to discredit the opposition.
- Liberals label their opponents with evil sounding/negative tags, while labeling themselves with happy sounding/positive tags.
- Never talk logic with a liberal. It will only confuse them and they won’t get it.
- Liberals believe in the freedom of speech, as long as what is spoken or written agrees with their ideology.
- If what is being spoken or written does not agree with their ideology, then liberals feel the absolute need to silence the opposition. (See No. 2)
- Liberals feel the need to vigilantly pursue the First Amendment clause “separation of church and state,” even though that statement is not in the First Amendment. Unless, of course, it is a liberal who needs to use religion to obtain more votes.
- Liberals also vigilantly ignore the First Amendment clause (in relation to practicing one’s religion) “Congress shall make no law…prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” That one really is in the First Amendment.
- If liberals can’t win by votes, then they have a liberal activist judge overturn the votes and make it law. Their motto: legislate by judicial fiat.
- Liberals always side with the immoral.
- Liberals will never give an inch on abortion, despite the overwhelming numbers of women who do abort suffer physical, emotional, and mental problems. Liberals also fail to realize the aborted babies feel pain. (See No. 3)
- Liberals believe selected animals are more important than people, especially those people awaiting birth in the womb.
- Liberals religious creed: there is no god but man.
