Regardless whether you are Republican or Democrat; if you are a liberal, conservative, libertarian or moderate; if you have chosen a candidate or not; Thursday (Feb. 07, 2008) starts the Chinese Year of the Rat. Somehow, in this political season, that seems appropriate.
